If you are truly sorry my friend, I suggest you post an unban request and apologize sincerely to those in it you affected, if you truly are feeling bad for what you did, and not just because you want to be unbanned. Then be patient and see what happens, and try to control yourself in the future so everyone, including you, can have fun without fear of punishment or ridicule. :)
