Regina not available?

I have been looking for the Regina all day in Argonath (yesterday) but I was not able to find it.
I have checked the argonath wiki and it says it is in: Shody Used Cars, Redsands West, Las Venturas    -     for a price of 22.000
I have checked there and in the suroundings of Redsands west but the Regina is not able to be found.

Has anyone a idea where it could be?
I would like to buy the car because my dad bought it for real.

Nope, it never got respawned after a lot of the state cars got removed after the server went down a while back. shame since i want to buy one as well lol
