Lagg/FPS Issues...(SOLUTIONS!)

Hello friends, I have encountered the same problem as you did(Atleast I think).
Common problems:

-Mods:
these little things make your game look quite good, but it's a trap too.
If you have low-end Pc's these little bastards will make your game run like a granny that's on drugs(Very Fu*king slow)

-Running 100 things at once!
We all love to be on TS,Skype,Facebook,download our favorite game...But this is a slow, but sure suicide for your PC!
This will make your CPU VERY VERY Hot&Slow.In PC's Hot is Slow, Slow is irritating, Irritating is rage...(Solution:
-Turn those things off!
-Or try using Game-Booster, this program makes your game run(Literally RUN)Link:http://game-booster.en.softonic.com/[Note:l don't own this program or anything with it]

-FPS Issue, quite bad pc you have there...
Like before try Gamebooster, or try buying a better PC or CPU or GPU.
Note:GTA SA Dosen't need a hell of a PC...

-Plain Lagg
Try boosting your internet a bit, or upgrade it.
It will cost a bit $$$ but, only a bit :p.

-Server Lagg
This all irritate us, the best solution is to either pause the game or relog, or even go off for a while the server chills...(Note this will be repaired soon)
