We are not UC, we are normal players whilst on non admin accounts.

I pmed Mash, telling him it was RPed.. But, he may know more to the story than I do, that's why I did not take any further questioning / confrontation.
Mash is experienced and knows what he is doing.

But, still in my opinion, the players who encouraged it should get spoken to.

They recieved same punishment as the rest :)

It's deathmatch as the reason they provided isn't legit. They had a fight in a neutral area. For what reason? To see who was the strongest.
It would had been a different story if the callers would had been in Jefferson (Gstar's hangout) and destroyed assets. Then Gstar's would had a legit rolepaly reason to attack them since they had invaded their area and aswell ruined it, same applies for the opposite side.

This sounds like plain abuse to me, just cause you don't agree with how they want to roleplay a gang doesn't mean you can ban them, and I don't see how it's deathmatching as both sides agreed to fight.... and yes, I do think that in reality there exist gangs barbaric enough to provoke such a fight due to mutual disrespect to show themselves who's better in terms of member resistance and numbers, and the explanation of 25 FBI agents is purely ridiculous, what they'd do, give them tickets for insulting over the phone? ....

From what I see this is just a poorly made role play and that's the belligerent parties' fault.
About the punishment: Wasn't there an administrator on a RP account there? He would have made the report if he had seen a proper reason. I don't see a fuss about it.

at the time none of the 2 parties invovled reported or rejected the planned meetup and confrontation.
To be honest at the moment im no clearer on the situation due to the contrasting replies from quite a few experienced players however i do feel its  time to move on from this anyway even though it would of been nice for everyone here if this was clarified more.

Just because the two involved parties don't object doesn't mean it's legit.
Rules are supposed to be followed, not modified. The rules says clearly "Do not attack others without a proper role-play reason"1.
You broke this rule by providing a role-play reason in form of "we are rivals", "we wanted to have a fight" and "brawl is going out". It might be a proper role-play reason in your view but from administration view it is not, hence the punishment.

Dont make assumptions no one said us and them are rivals, how can we be rivals when weve never ever had a violent rp with them before?? They called my phone that day for the first time and disrespected me on the phone and laid down a challenge for me and my gang we went there to investigate saw that no one else was in the area except for them 2 and as tehre was 6 of us we proceeded with the rp, then i rped asking them if they were the ones who called me they rped in response and confrimed it was them and then a brawl occured after the words from both parties.

Im not sure if you have made a automatic conclusion on this, of us and them being " rivals" because no one anywhere has said that but you seem to think that?

We'll...Didn't the both parties agree to this? If so, I see nothing wrong here except heavy typos and lack of roleplay.

If you were not rivals one reason less to react on a call to DM.

Question.

If someone called me like this and I were to say "Come to my house if you dare".
If they came and I defended myself and my 'hood' / property, would it still be considered as DMing on my part?

It's happened a few time that someone's made such a call to me in real life as well, and I've simply asked them to come if they dare, obviously so far no one's actually came, thank god.

Thanks in advance.

I aint santa... Ive got something for the bad bitches too.

Upon the confrontation I made on Leslie (s)he issued me with the explaination "we are rivals". The reason I punished for this is since they had no reason at all to fight more then to show up who are the strongest. I find that an excuse to get wanted and be pursued by cops.

Question.

If he called you up for no specific reason I would act aswell. How did he got contact with you? Why did he contacted you?
If you are in a personal dispute such as he ruined your assets or scammed you I will vouch for it as you have a legit reason to be present and start a fight.
What I will not tolerate is "we wanted to see who had most skills" and similar reasons.

It does not matter if both parties agree. If you don't have a proper role-play reason to attack it is deathmatch. If you want to attack eachother without a proper role-play reason I suggest you to play at Paruni.

We can repeat our point of view forever.

Bottom line: if you wish to hold pointless shootouts, go to another server or risk to be punished.
As you know now, take your punishment like a man not like a littke girl.
