Hello guys i am going to start a family named the "Montana" however i made a quick research through the forum for families under that name (so i won't get in trouble after making it :D) however i found this http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=34260.0 still it is closed (Locked) so my question was am i able to create the family or not

I think you might need to get permission from the original founder in order to have permission to open the group again with your vision towards it.

The topic you found is the Montana family in VC:MP, however, "_Montana" is a legendary family in SA:MP, so you should contact it's original founder!

I think the VC:MP variant was there earlier.

VC:MP's Montana is also a legendary group, and was much bigger than SA:MP's Montana, I believe. Not that the quantity matters, but still.

I can affirm this. Sure, quality goes before quantity, but in this case, the more we had, the more we expanded and had many varieties to interact with other people of the family. The same story goes for Ancelotti if I'm not wrong, originally in VC:MP, expanded / deported to SA:MP.

SA:MP Montana family was opened in February/March 2007. At the time we had no VC:MP server. As such your information is false.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.
