Hello, I'm looking for a data monitor for my windows laptop. There're many of such kinds for android and iPhones, but even on google, I couldn't find one for windows.

It needs to be a Internet data monitor, telling me all the internet used for download/uploading and surfing etc on my laptop, for a certain time span (lets say a month)

The operators do provide the amount of data used in the modem dialer, but also add *This is just an estimate only, and cannot be used for billing purposes* So I'm looking for something trustable, as from the last 3 months I have been noticing, that I pay for 15GB of high speed data, yet the operator has been capping my speed after around 6-7GB of usage(making me lag on Argo and other places cuz of slow 144kbps connection for half the month >.>), no usage of reporting the problem to the call centers. So I decided to switch the operator yesterday and ordered a new modem, yet I'd like to be sure that I get what I pay for.

Any help would be much appreciated.  ;)

I used to have a program to monitor usage and all, but I don't remember what it's called.

Perhaps this is useful? http://www.softpedia.com/get/Network-Tools/Bandwidth-Tools/ISP-Monitor.shtml

What operating system do you use? I have some good toolbars for Vista and Seven... which count the usage of download/upload rate!

Btw, the speed increased by 5x minimum with operator change.  :devroll:
