Very shocking indeed.
My first thoughts are that this could be some kind of sect activities, not sure at all though.

Four hospitals are being investigated regarding this incident as they blue canisters are only used by hospitals for toxic dump, plus there were tags of the names of babies and hospitals

But is it possible that the embryos are just thrown away like this?
