Downloads Section - Add MTA:SA and TeamSpeak Categories

I think the title pretty much says it all. MTA:SA and TeamSpeak appear to not have sections in the Downloads area of the site, but they both offer things that users can download. It would be nice to see them added.

  Jk, but in all seriousness, both should have a spot. It would be a great place to offer the DL for new top secret Teamspeak 3 skins that are in development and nobody knows about at all....  :trust:
