First of all, I would like to highlight that no solid evidence has been put forward that even shows that my client was there at the time.
Surely the judge can not go on some peoples word alone; they could be lying after all.

How did you identify this so called "cop" as D_NeUbll?
The picture put forward by Nylez shows that you are quite some distance away, how are you so sure on what exactly happened?

Court cases should always be under control of the judge, therefore the decision of how much you need to pay is up to how the judge sees the situation.

If so, I assume you wish to drop the line of action undertaken by your representative?

Mr. D_NeUbll has pleaded guilty for vandalism to private property.
