how to join team speak? we must download it right ?

Yes. Google: "Teamspeak 3", afterwards go ingame and ask for the IP, and write it down.

Yes you have to download it.
First step:
http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads/
Down load from the link above.
Second Step:
If you are trying to connect to Agonath Teamspeak server , you must first install the TS and then open it.After Opening it press Connect.
