On the 28th, I was "Unbanned" ted even said I was unbanned, but, two days later, now, I'm still banned..... seriously...... what the hell?

Okay ted, how do we resolve this then? If nobody can figure out whats wrong, and nobody can unban me, how will I be able to play Argo again?
