Problem with Jetpack and /heal command (the house one)

mmm ok, I can't use the jetpack, I can see people using it, but I can't see when it's not used.

As with the /heal, when I /heal in houses I don't get body armor, it says so, but no armor.

For body armor, do /heal again, that should help.
