Problème on GTA IV:MP

I installed IV:MP one day ago.I wrote my name at setting  and save.Joined and played. .Today,I tried to join too,but, said that I have to have a name.I wrote again my name and joined.Worked but, now,I can't see the chat.
There are no settings at "Settings-Chat"

Can someone give me the chat setting please

Reinstall the client. If it doesn't work , go in your GTA IV main folder and then delete IVMP folder , now reinstall and it should be fine.

still dosent work , because in the setting > chat is empty

Did you tried to delete IVMP folder from GTA IV main one and then reinstall ?

you have to change it , You can exchange it with a new one and it will work , i will upload the File for you

I have a solution for you.
1.Uninstall the IV:MP by the specific software.
2.Go to the GTA IV Directory and Delete a folder named "IVMP" permanently.
3.Reinstall the IV:MP.
Easy eh ? That's all.
