I have a good idead about puting a online chat here in forum....

it will help new players and the old ones for anything around forum.....

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Why? People will prefer chatting in forums rather then the actual game.

An IRC server has actually been approved for this purpose. The users developing it just haven't had a chance to get it up yet, though. :)

We had a chat system running on the forums, it doesn't seem to be around anymore although it's visible on the tabs.

It was supposed to be replaced with the IRC. The link just hasn't been updated yet, and when the forum was reinstalled, that and some other features in the navbar broke too. I already have Helpdesk bug reports open for those. :)
