How can the guilt be placed on Antonio (and Lisa, I'm not familiar with the case so I can't say for sure) if he(they) did all by the Bank rules and conditions needed to give the loans out, by all Argonath laws that protects their rights in getting their scammed money back, and by the allowance and submition of Judges appointend by the same Goverment,  who verified and signed the contract as the guarnatee? The Goverment protects the claims, demands, and the entire obligation of the contract,  and will secure the parties in case of  any illegal moves made by the obligated side in the contract such as scamming via multiaccounting and simple cheating.

The Goverment is obligated to act accurding to the law and justices system, in which they should secure the finance is returned to the Loaning Bank, when cases like this occured.
