SA:MP desync/lose connection problem

I have a weird problem, i've got a 3 mbps internet, i used to play normally till last week i started getting this problem:

Massive lag and desync when 2+ blips appear on the radar, accordingly i lose connection to the server after like 10 mins, if i don't lose connection i have to /q in order for the game to be played normally.
If i'm in a car, fuel and kim/h gauges stop functioning and freeze completely, players start going around randomly hitting walls, when i type something in the chat it doesn't appear.

What shall i do?

It's packetloss,  happens when your net becomes shitty :S , about the solution you can just go to your provider and flame the shit out of him

Are you sure? I heard something about packetloss preventer..
