Crime, Weed, and Guns

Basically, the entire time I have played this game I have been a cop. However, I feel as though this is not the right job for me, as I have made only one arrest and have not been able to kill a fugitive. So, I kinda wanna make a criminal group or something as this seems to be a popular thing. Yet I do regret having to be a fugitive.

More like an observation there, but my point:

Where do I find weed 

How can I better my shooting skills 

And how can crime pay money

Btw on cop duty you can improve your skills more and dont be money greed

1. You don't find weed, you either grow them or buy them (Growing=Legal :: Buying/Selling=Illegal)
You grow weed in certain locations in the map, Argomap will help you find the locations
2. Train your shooting skills in Paruni, get a buddy and pinpoint the lag since you need to lag shoot
3. Crime will not pay money, unless you are dealing drugs which will then lead to a crime.
