i'm pretty sure it's deleted from samsung stores due to high amount of bugs causing it to lag.
however it's available for iOS, running smoothly.

Why wait 10 years? :/
So profits and interest slow down enough to spark them back up again. It's purely a marketing move.

I bet they'd make more by releasing the games earlier, for example what EA did with the latest NFS -

Well, they also don't want to conflict with their current GTA releases. They are releasing them in-between to keep sales in general for GTA high. :)

GTA is as good as it is to be honest, next thing we'd want is GTA releasing every year :3 It somewhat kills the fun, unless ofc. different studios make it and RockStars just publish it like NFS series.

Well, the only reason they are doing this is marketing altogether. Right now they aren't making money off of GTA V being in development, and GTA IV has been out too long for sales to be steady anymore. This is their little way of making an extra buck between game releases. :)
