Same host but different ping ..?

The past weeks I have been having some problems with my ping DURING NIGHT.We all know that Argo and Paruni both have the same host , but I get a different ping , in Paruni I get 80-100 ping , but in argo 250-300 ... and then the pings switch , Paruni gets 250-300 ping and Argo 80-100 ... I think it is from my provider since it only happens during night (19.30-23.30) , but i am not sure , so please help me I am sick of this bs ..
