Hello SAMP Newbies/Players 1st of all i will start off with the Rules okey


Rules of Argonath

Do not cheat, do not hack
Do not use mods to your advantage (handling mods etc.);
Do not helikill, do not car kill, do not ram others, do not carjack others;
Do not abuse glitches, that give you advantage over other players (i.e. attacking from glitched areas);
Do not pause during combat or while being wanted;
Do not revenge kill;
Do not flood the chat window;
Do not spam (e.g. advertising of servers and sites that do not belong to Argonath RPG server is NOT allowed);
Do not insult other players. If you came to play on our server - respect it and our players;
Do not attack others without a proper role-play reason;
Do not escape if surrendered to the police (follow cops to the police department);
Police vehicles are only for the police;
Do not cheat money (punishment: permban);
Do not imposter other players (no copying other players' nicks or regular clans' tags);
Slang is only allowed as a part of role-play (swearing as personal attack on players will be punished);
Unreadable nicknames are not allowed (Please refrain from using <>?/|\{}[]()-= /*- due to the server's RPG script commands)

Argonath Vision
    Argonath was, is, and will always be a community that should be friendly to new people. We will continue to be a breeding ground for new people to discover the fun of playing by imagination. This is what has brought us official status and creates a regular flow of new players in to our server, keeping the community alive and feeding it.

    Argonath gives equal rights to new, experienced and admin players. We do not discriminate between players, and having admin rights or being a long time player does not give any of our players rights to act as better, higher or having more status as another.

    Argonath does not offer privileges against payment. The equal status prohibits any possibility of payment for extra possibilities, rights or money in game.

    Argonath strives to keep rules simple and understandable. Our community was created as free RP, based on imagination and creativity. We will not ever support it changing in to a jungle of rules that are impossible to understand, follow and adhere to. Our rules will remain the minimal needed to stop players who wish to disturb the fun in playing from doing so, not more and not less.

    Argonath leaders will accept new rules and scripts only if they fit the vision. If any suggestion is limiting the possibility to play for new players, strives to give advantage to more experienced players, or creates a more complex rule that would make it hard to understand or follow, it will be rejected, regardless of how much support there is from the community

    Argonath players are, regardless of point 5, free to implement within their group or play guidelines and habits of playing. However they are not allowed to force people outside their group to use the same rules, resort to flaming, insulting, or trying to excluse players who do not play by non-official group rules.

    Argonath administration team will devote their time primarily to keep players following the guidelines. They apply for this knowingly, and will be given rights and levels according to their devotion, ability to help out others and follow the guidelines given to them. Admin rights shall never be given as reward or to show status. Promotions in the admin team will be based on the perception of the developers and main admins, and shall not be given based on seniority. If at any time admins feel not able to continue their devotion to admin guidelines, they are invited to resign. Resigning from admin rights or losing them should not reflect on the players status or recognition as valuable member of the community.

    Argonath recognizes that a part of the community is underage. Therefore, the following is prohibited:

        Swearing, flaming and insulting. Within roleplay this is allowed very limited and strictly bound to the situation. If there is any doubt about the slang/language used is for ropleplay only, administration has full right to take any measures they find necessary.

        Promotion of usage of alcohol, drugs and other stimulating substances. We respect the freedom of choice, however people should be respecting that others who have different beliefs and choices have this right as well.

        Explicit sexual content. While within roleplay and discussion a certain freedom is granted, the underage community should be protected from explicit sexual actions or content.

        Cyber-harassment, stalking and bullying of players based on their belief, views, race or choices in life.

    Argonath bases its community on respect and friendship between players of all nations. This means that those who feel that they are allowed to disrespect others, consider others as inferior or treat them as such will be offered the choice to either change their views or leave the community. This includes any groups of players in game.

    Argonath will remain as open, friendly and strong community for people worldwide who wish to enjoy playing a game based on imagination and creativity.

Argonath RPG General Commands
    /help - Shows a list of available commands.
    /admins - Displays a list of online administrators and moderators.
    /dsteachers - Lists current driving school teachers that are online and also lists their respective school.
    /cmbadmins - Lists current CMB Admins online and their respective rank within the CMB.
    /propertyadmins - Displays a list of people in charge of setting up properties.
    /PM <id> <text> - Allows you to send a private message to someone on the server.
    /P(ublic chat) - Allows you to talk to the whole server.
    /L(ocal) - Allows you to talk to people who are near you in game.
    /S(hout) - Allows you to shout to people near you in game.
    /W(hisper) - Allows you to whisper to people who are very close to you in game
    /chatmode <CB/P/L/W/S> - Allows you to set your default chat to a certain chat, in example CB radio.
    /me <text> - Helps you role-play an action.
    /ad(vertisement) - Allows you to place a advertisement (costs 500$). To see the list of colors you can use, type /ad without any parameters.
    /give <id> <object> <amount> - Gives something to a nearby player. Can be used to give both scripted and role-play items.
    /use - Uses a scripted object for you. In example, /use weed. Type /use to see all possible options.
    /kill - Used to commit suicide. Disabled when you are wanted.
    /invent - Displays your inventory.
    /area <id> - Shows location of the selected player.

Argonath RPG Job's

In this part i will show you the job's and how they work


Let's Start from Police job okey the job is easy one there job is to patrol around watch for crimes such as speeding or reckless driving around now what should you duty to get at the job is to go to the LSPD,LVPD or SFPD most of the people will like more LSPD as they know it more good okey after going there you can /duty chose your skin and you are now cop congratz you will get equip of the following Deagle,Paper Spray and Baton now after you are ready you can go patrol the commands are simple
/su ID Reason - To suspect somebody but you need a valid reason for it
/cuff - which is used to cuff a player
/r - It's used to communicate in the radio report your location and etc
/mir - Used to read players Miranda rights they are very important
/e - this is the radio to communicate with EMS and FD
/m  TEXT - This is the Megaphone used to pull over suspect there are also faster ways like /m1,/m2/m3
/speed - Command used to check with how much speed is somebody driving
/rank - Used to check other people's ranks
/jail ID TIME - Command used to jail a criminal the max time is 180 seconds which is 3 minutes
Okey now to join ARPD or FBI you need a Valid Passport and License for which i will explain later now to apply for SAPD or FBI you can check up this

Fireman job is based on turning OFF fires in the Fireman job is all based in team work you need 1 driver of Fire trunk to spray the fire with the water canon so you can spray it with your fire spray both of them will be grand money for there job also watch out when using the water canon using it a bit upper so you don't spray any of the fire members

Commands
/r - Communicate with the other firemans
/fireman - in the lockers to go ON/OFF duty
/e to communicate with the other agency's
/mission - used to join mission when mission comes up

Okey Now let's explain about the Drug Dealer well there are 2 types of drugs Weed and Heroin to order a heroin you need to find the Heroin Spot which are located at different places and type /orderheroin after ordering it it will cost you 1,000$ you wait some time a white packages will show up when it's done and you can /collectheroin to get it up you will get in total 25g heroin is more big payed then the weed.

For the Weed you would need seeds they can be buy at any kinda of 24/7 50$ per seed you can buy it by /buy seed you still need to find a place to grow your weed now the command is /growweed after growing it you will wait some time till a big grass comes up you will be able to /harvestweed so you pick it up every time you will get different amounts well let's tell as example me when i were drug dealer i were picking up different amounts like 1 time i pick up 9gr the other i have pick 21gr the weed is not get pay'ed as the heroin

The weed is legal to be grow but not be used in public heroin is illegal to be ordered or used in public you can get arrested

Drungs MAP




Taxi Driver

His job is easy he need just to get his job outside the Station by the command /driver and start driving his commands are simple

/setfee - Set the Fee
/r - Radio to communicate between Drivers
/acceptfare
/cancelfare

Medic Job

His Job is to heal people respond to a Firemans mission and heal them his commands are

/medic - Take the Job
/heal  - Heal A player
/r [text] - Radio communicate
/e [text] - Radio for communicatie with with other agency's
/mission - Joining mission

Hooker

For this job you will do sex with the clients you have the commands /setfee and /hooker to pick up the job from any Stript Club


Passport And License

Passport
The Leader of the Citizenship and Migration Board is Flameman to get a passport You need to be playing at Argonath for at least one month the study materials can be found Here the next step is to contact a CMB member in game.

Licenses
There are Different kinda of Driving Schools Can be found in the Business board LSDS,AVDS or SFDS you can apply for which you want for your test you will receive your lessons in game and then your exam


Law Enforcement's

Right now there are 3 official Law Enforcements which are FBI,SWAT and SAPD i will explain there work

SAPD - There job is a normal cop job do patrol's traffic stop

FBI - They are are 1 of the biggest Investigation Agency's they handle the paper work in the important Situations and SWAT with FBI Handle the Breach together
