Looking for someone who can help me make a group topic!

Hey, so I need Photoshop help because i'm starting a group and i need the topic done mostly in Photoshop. Title/Banner, About, Group Location & Info.

The reward will be somewhat $150,000 - $200,000

The topic colors are Blue & Green.

I'm keeping this a little private so please PM me if you can help do the Photoshop.
