I hope you aint serious. How am i gonna do 30 more pushups after a minute if i can hardly do them after ten minutes?
Then dont do 30 more, do 10 more, and raise the amount after you feel 10 is easy.
Squeaks program is good, you should do it if you wanna build your body, tho take in mind it wont get you fit for running or stuff like that.
If you have the possibility I would suggest swimming, works out the entire body, and build it up.
