I was driving to BC to order some 'cookies', and then I saw some strange lights, red, blue, white. I was shocked, because I never saw them here before.

And while on my way to Bayside to order more 'cookies n' chocolate milk', I saw another UFO.

They are just weird lamp posts. Or SAPD is developing a new type of vehicles to catch baddies, mehhh, who knows.
