Upon startup of MTA:SA it will crash and give the following crash dump -

Code: [Select]
Version = 1.3.1-release-5174.0.000
Time = Fri May 03 18:40:25 2013
Module = C:\Windows\system32\nvd3dum.dll
Code = 0xC0000005
Offset = 0x0048CD2F

EAX=06676F80  EBX=06668000  ECX=00000000  EDX=0544F7F4  ESI=067C5480
EDI=00000000  EBP=0544F7D8  ESP=0544F7C4  EIP=6A7BCD2F  FLG=00010202
CS=0023   DS=002B  SS=002B  ES=002B   FS=0053  GS=002B

I had been previously able to play MTA:SA but now it's crashing upon startup.
My game is a fresh/clean install.

I tried looking around the MTA:SA forum but haven't found anyone that's encountered the same crash.

REPLICA.

Try using a clean game, no mods.
My bad.

Quote from: MTA Wiki
Crash after MTA splash screen

        MTA crashes after the 'Stop playing with yourself' logo. Both single player and the MTA: Race ran fine before.

    Try downloading the latest DirectX Runtime files from Microsoft. Also check in Task Manager, if :gta_sa.exe process isn't already running.

    If you run at any substandard resolutions (e.g. 960x720), try to change your resolution to a commonly supported one (e.g. 640×480, 800×600, 1024×768, 1152×864, 1280×1024) by launching Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in normal mode, setting the new resolution and exiting.

    If you are a user of Windows Vista or Windows 7, try the following:

        Enable Windows XP SP3 compatiblity mode for both Multi Theft Auto.exe and gta_sa.exe, setting their privilege level to "Run this program as an administrator".
        Configure Data Execution Prevention: Use the setting Turn DEP for all programs and services except those I select. Click add and find "Multi Theft Auto.exe" and "gta_sa.exe" and add them.
        Run MTASA as administrator.

Maybe this is your problem, and maybe it's also your solution.

Eu corro fujo desta sombra / Em sonhos vejo este passado
E na parede do meu quarto / Ainda está o seu retrato
Eu quero ver pra não lembrar / Pensei até em me mudar / Lugar qualquer que não exista / O pensamento em você

Try to reinstall San andreas.. and then install MTA:SA
if not try to update your MTA.
