New jobs idea

I have some ideas for 2 new jobs (or money making things):
  1 - Garbage man. The player has to get to the junkyard then type /c garbageman or something similar, then he needs to find 8 dumpsters (I can't find more than that) around Little Haiti. If it's possible, we can put a trash bag pickup in front of them, if not, the player will simply approach the dumpsters and type /c collecttrash. The player gets like $10 / dumpster. Then he gets back to the junkyard and gets his payment by typying /c offloadtrash. And, of course, this job can be done once at ....  8 hours.... to avoid getting money too quickly (that would be just very unfair).
  2 - Money counterfeiter (sorry if I got it the word ,,counterfeit" wrong as a noun): The player can buy from the docks some cash plates ($1, $5, $10, $50 and $100). As soon as he buys them he becomes wanted (to avoid unfairness, the job will be available only when there is at least one cop). After that, he gets to either Print Works interior or the underground printing machine (the one near Phil's Place in Little Haiti) and types /c printcash. The next thing might be hard to script but I am just saying: a message like this will result (depending on the plates): ,,You've printed 10 bills of $100 and you've got $1000". This thing results in a script multiplication. To have a successful session, the player needs to go from the docks all the way to the printing machines and back to the bank. Once he enters the bank, he passes the job, but he's still wanted of course. As with the garbage man job, you can do it once at 8 hours to avoid money farming.

Both of these include little to no roleplay with other players and are centered around making easy money without effort.

Tho' the garbage man sounds like a good base for an idea that could be discussed more. (Read; it would need a multiplayer side to the idea, that means you need to include other people in it)

Those 2 sound like minigames. If we can find a way to integrate them so that they are reliant on the multiplayer aspect then we could take it forward. :)

If you found willing players you could offer them services to clear up rubbish from their villas along Vice beach and take it to the junkyard in return for a bit of cash. It's too bad that we can't physically transport very much, but if that was possible (maybe new VC:MP client?) it would make it very real.

Most people would only pay to clear up rubbish if there was a good reason to, maybe if the rubbish took up storage space and limited the amount of stuff they could store at the house it might convince them.

I like the effort of you making ideas.

But these are only excuses to get easy money, in my opinion.
Picking up garbage to earn $$$ and I don't even have to start about the money pressing.

Keep on trying with the ideas, maybe in the future there will be a usefull one.

Ohhh so you're saying you're hurt, pansy? It's just a few holes, tough it out.

Yes, nice idea, unless people just wanted to help move some business.

0.4 VC:MP seems to give a lot more flexibility with objects and things can be added, moved around. Maybe this could make it possible to do deliveries of physical objects in the form of crates or however. This might be more in demand than waste collection.

Our slightly less physical delivery system for goods will be fun to play around with once it is out of beta. Could really revolutionise in the future.
