Hi,


I want to start playing Counter Strike 1.6 yet again but I can not sadly. I run Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and it does not work when I try to run CS. Can someone please tell me any suggestions that I could do?

I have already tried
Compatible (XP SP2)
Run as Admin

Anything else I could try?

maybe you downloaded a bugged verison i have Windows 8 64-bit and it's working perfect

I'm a long-time CS 1.6 player and I can possibly help you.

First of all, my question is - are you running non-steam or you bought the game and playing with Steam?
What error you get when you try launching it?

Mate, I dont even know what steam is? I used a torrent. These lot don't appreciate piracy within the community so give me your skype or something
