Yes, you can't scam anyone who has been playing for less than a month though.

Scaming in casino and scaming the new player is banable and scaming in drugs dealing with old players [1 month old] or so is not banable.

Casinos Scamming are full ban-able..(Illegal)

I Would Like to tell you every thing in deatial, that Scamming is possible in 3 Condition :

- Out of Casino (Money Scam)
- Heroin Scam (Drugs)
- Weed Scam (Drugs)

Secondly, if you are standing in a casino, and you think that you don't have money and thou you play and not return the money and run away, so that will be called as Scamming, and in two Condition scamming is banable :

- Advertisment Scam (/ad)
- Money Scam (When in Casino)

There are 2 things.
1) Against the law, you can get sued. Illegal. Allowed.
2) Against server rules. You can get punished. Not Allowed.

Scamming is not allowed in the following:
Any legal deal
House or business sale
Scamming new player for whatever reason
Scamming on a bet inside a casino
Scamming on a weapon deal inside the ammunation

Scamming in drug deals, in loans, in weapon deals(outside ammu) in blackjack or 2x, outside the casino is against law. This means you can get suspected and arrested by cops but you will not be punished.
Scamming I'm all illegal trades is allowed, but since it is illegal, you can get arrested by the cops.

Scamming in loans is also not against server rules, but you can get sued in court for it. Meaning the guy may get his cash back by using you in court, but you won't be banned or punished.

This was actually changed to 14 days in a recent discussion between the admin team

I would recommend to never scam, because even one "legal" scam can completely ruin your reputation amongst other players, making your future trades very hard. No legal scam can net you so much money that it is worth doing, so don't.

All new players are under the 14 day scam protection rule, with certain exceptions which considers their activity.
