Cop money farm and suspecting

I am playing Argonaths a couple of weeks and i can say that i love this server. But it has a big problem with it's cops... What i want to say is that they sense you, they abusse /area, they suspect you for no reason, they dont ivastigating before suspect, they dont talk polite, many times suspect you outside heroin spots with no reason and maybe you didnt even order heroin but they suspect you cause they want money. They think it's money farm to suspect everyone in the server. Can you do something about this problems? Can you make some rules for cops? I wanna see the server more fair. Thanks!

Maybe cops should give a test with serious questions... Not just join policeman's duty to farm money but
1st keep the server safe and then gain money from their jobs!

There are rules

1. All server rules must be followed.
2. You are law enforcer, this means you must act like one
3. Be polite, even if you wish to be strict
4. Never suspect people without a valid reason
5. If you are to give a fine, do not suspect
6. If people resist arrest, do not shoot them at once
7. Only use firearms when your life or that of civilians is in immediate danger
8. Never use firearms against a suspect that does not show a weapon - Unless they are actually escaping from you! (Commissioner Edit)
9. Use the PD cars as much as possible
10. Use the police radio as much as possible
11. Try not to work alone. Its more fun to work with others, especially experienced players

You do realize that he is a new guy? And that he will probably leave server like all other people did, that what he said is one of the reasons why Argonath has 150 players max.

Also everything you said is "gu and ask for investigation" that's not solving problems.

I had like 500 screenshots from fail investigations by SAPD
One of them was like:

Cop- Explain me why did you kill [insert name here]
Me- He jumped infront of my car on highway, if I did it intentionaly I'd surrender
Cop- You're part of mafia, don't speak lies!
Me- I'm not lying
Cop- Reported for not complying as surrendered suspect

It wasn't exactly like that but I guess that you get my point

There is a large difference between adding more rules and teaching them how to do their jobs. New players that choose the life of a law enforcer do not automatically become pro-cops, they still have to learn. In fact, they have to learn both server and police rules, which takes time. You state that people leave because of 'abusive officers', while these officers leave because people like you keep telling them that they are doing it all wrong. Instead, tell them how they can improve. The fact that they do not speak perfect English is a non-sense reason, look at me when I began on the server, I shot everything that had an orange name. But I listened to what others had to say and improved.

Petar, you're a veteran of the server, see yourself as a teacher, not an enemy.

There's a difference between being polite and saying polite things.
When someone's pointing a gun at me I won't be asking 'Sir could you please put that gun down for me'. But I won't be insulting someone either.
