   Problem started to piss me off again.. yes Ragdoll it does.. just like before you crash.
Alright, right after it freezes, force exit the game.
Then press start, type "event" and open "Event Viewer". In there, click on "Windows Logs" and then "System". Look for any errors from the time the freezing happened that has a "critical" level. (red sign) If you don't find any in "System", check "Applications".

If you find any, tell me what they say.

Try to turn off your frame limiter in GTA SA settings off and /fpslimit 90 while in game. It appears that WIndows 7 and Frame Limiter is not a good mix.. Also, try to run it on compatibility mode with win 95, you can also try to install stream fix.
