Try to reinstall SAMP and your GTA SA.

It happened to me long time ago. I just waited two or three days to get back. I think you remember it too Devin.

I will try to uninstall everything, I'll let you guys know if it works.

If it again doesn't work, I think, a account namechange will slove dat problem or password change.

You can also try deleting the "gta_sa.set" file which is located in "My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files".

Reinstalling it a second time made it work . I had to change the directory folder when installing it, I seem to have a mod that acts like a cookie ._.
