This is not the correct section actually.

First, the draw distance may have been set low in the settings. Go ingame, press ESC, settings, display settings, advanced, set draw distance higher.

If this does not help, you will need to install GTA SA Stream Memory Fix, which allocates more memory to GTA SA (original game can use limited amount of memory, this fix increases the limit). Google to find it.

i done that it is fine when i go on the argonath stunt server but when on this argonath rpg server it doesn't work

This is usually caused by one of two things:

1. Your character is bugged in the wrong virtual world in the server.
2. Your computer is having trouble loading the textures and objects properly due to a heat or processing problem.
