This is the announcement, the beta stage is already underway, on the 1st we will phase into the public beta stage.

The date is 1st so i guess they are waiting for the time u said :D

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.
