I have a problem my cousin live in ma house we use the same modem so he even plays argo he did money hacking and he was banned again did multi accounting so i need you admins to ban the id which comes from my ip if you do this i will be very thank full to you guys  :)

You have to ask your cousin to make an unban request.

Like I said already, ask him to make an unban request. It is his fault, that he blocked you as well.
