So... Few weeks ago, my monitor burn down, I bought a new one and it was working fine until yesterday. While playing on  casino, the whole screen became yellow, the weapon slot was showing a fork, knife and a spun.
The nickname's above player's head were like "?aeaea/\_!" Inested of aeaeae was some arab letters I can't spell. But since that moment, my monitor was dis-organized. Today in the morning the monitor was working fine and when I opened SAMp, for some minutes it was workign and then it began not workign again.

Mr Cofiliano how can you deny that we had any relation or intercourse, while you are prosecuting me?

Tried reinstalling graphics drivers? Any specific drivers for the display?

I don't know what drivers I have, I'm not good in PC stuff, but do you have any idea on what's causing this?

Does this happen in any full-screen application/game or only when you open GTA?

I spoke with stivi on the phone today and he told me that the problem is not only in SA:MP

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Try it with single-player first, and let us know if it still happens.

By any chance do you own any other GTA's in the III-era canon? If so, do they produce the same issue? Do any of your other games cause this? What mods do you have installed into your game?

According to the pic in the first post (if this is from the case) then it happens all the time, which means that either the monitor or the GPU is fecked.

Try to test your monitor in another PC, if it still happens you know it's at fault.

I would assume it's a GPU related problem looking at how the image is distorted, but then again the monitor can display similar images if it is faulty.

You could always open up your PC and clean it up a bit, check if there are loose cables ect.
Don't blame it on your monitor right away, the chance is big it's your GPU.

Your application has been denied!

Mostly when GPU is fecked it'll give out colored lines and shit in totally random places, which isn't the case here. Here it is, from the looks of it, a completely messed up textures so I would lean towards the monitor being the cause rather than GPU.

EDIT: Never mind that, having a closer look up on the pic from my better monitor it has those fucked up colored lines.

Test the monitor in another PC to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't ur monitor is OK.
Then you can go and test your other PC with using another GPU in your PC (read; this at your own risk, the fault could be in PSU too).
If you can get this PC to be checked by "professionals" then go do so since it's a certain way to get it fixed and not break anything else with it. If you do this make backups of your harddrive.

Tho' do not understand this as "it can't be GPU" because it very well can be the GPU too.

Drivers won't help you at all if the problem already appears before the windows is even loaded.

This is a long shot, but how hot is your computer getting? Any chance it could be overheating? How about dust inside of it? Dust can often bridge connections and cause problems, including damage to circuit boards. A few months ago I actually had a piece of dust land on my sound card and spark after it bridged two solder joints.
