I disagree. Its not "promoting" script abuse rather its a cause. Or script abuse takes place because scripts exist. Existence of scripts doesn't encourage players to script abuse but rather permits them to.

But adding a buddah underwater is definitely inciting players to script abuse.

Not really, as I said I /q'd while diving and when I came back I saw that I'm near some glass ball, previously Doggie told me that there's easter egg there so I was about to explore.
