Try updating your drivers.

There is one tool for Windows 7, which checks all the drivers on boot and when it finds the faulty one, it gives BSOD with that specific driver file. I can not find at the moment, will update this post if I do.

Meanwhile, relax your nerves, read this - http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Blue_Screen_of_Death :)

Are you sure it has nothing to do with faulty memory along the lines of ram?
Try run a scan with Memtest - http://www.memtest86.com/

Use your event logs people! They give actual insight on what's going on!

When you ran the memory test, did you do a quick test, or a full one?

Keep in mind, it won't always detect hardware-related issues with RAM. If you can access it easily and safely on your computer, try unplugging all but the first stick, and swap them out one at a time. See if you can reproduce the issue. If you can narrow it down to a certain stick, then you'll know which one is bad, if any at all.

It is probably a RAM bar.. I used to have the same problem and I pulled out 1 RAM bar and replaced it, which fixed the problem.. try pulling the bars out 1 by 1.. It can be possible aswell that the RAM reader is broken.. Which can cause a BSOD aswell.
