TempBan explain

I didn't lnow where to post this and I'm decideing to post it here.
I got a tempban today for deathmatching and cophunting. In fact all this day I was aggruing with Arslan for a problem. I went afk to prepare a curt case for him. When i came ig i saw that i got tempbaned by snailboy98 if I'm not misspelling his name. Can someone expland me this tempban?
