GTA SA Can't install.

O well..

I formatted my PC and now I'm retrying to install GTA:SA but it issues errors..

While on the "Installing Page" it shows this :

An error(-5005:0x80070017) has occurred while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.If the error still occurs,please contact your vendor: Rockstar Games

I'm a little confused here. Your error indicated your system was Windows XP, yet it is Windows 7. Did you upgrade from Windows XP by any chance?

A little hint: the guy is using an illegal copy of Windows 7. A common trick used by loaders (crack like executables) is trick the OS into thinking it is a lower version, thus circumventing WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage). However, the build number doesn't lie, he stated it was build number 7600, which is Windows 7 RTM. I recommend locking the thread since we don't help pirates.

The time remaining also supports this, as you mentioned it was working before. That is impossible if your Windows wasn't activated back then.
