Lionel Valdes, born Arnold Shwanzi in Melbourne's general hospital, is a 56 years old unemployed citizen who assumed different positions and roles in various branches, especially government branches such as Citizenship and Migration Board, SAPD and few unofficial police groups. His peak in law enforcement occured mid-2012 when he was part of both SAPD and BCSD (a defunct organization).
After his resignation from SAPD, Valdes reunited with Max Lopez to form the Argonath RPG Traffic Police. The group gained a very good reputation in the traffic law enforcement field. The Spanish-Australian male moved to Las Palmas where he was employed as a mechanical engineer for a small company. Following certain events in the United States of Argonath, he traveled back to his hometown where he decided to finally remain.
Why would you like to join us?: I would like to maintain public safety in El Quebrados, which can be considered a heaven for drug dealers.
My main purposes are:
* Eradicating crime and law offences in the town of El Quebrados and surroundings.
* Being available all the time to answer habitants' questions.
* Participating in redundant enviromental campaigns in order to keep El Quebrados safe from pollution.
* Discovering law enforcement potential in the youth of El Quebrados.
