Also, he was absolutely right about grasping the front brake being a noobie mistake, something non-riders wouldn't necessarily know ;D

another thing i hate is hitting the rev limiter in neutral thinking you'r in second pulling from the lights, everyone looks at you like  haha

yeah i find its mainly younger people thinking they can handle 400cc+ engine sizes when they cant, even the smallest mistakes on a bike like that arn't forgiving, i started on a cg 125 06 model now on a ktm 450 xc my baby!

Never got to ride a CG125 - I did my CBT on a YBR125!

Yeah i also did my CBT on a ybr really liked that bike because it had a rev dial, my cg had a clock for fuel and indicators lol, Did my A2 on a GS500 and i'm still in my 2 years restriction, little secret my ktm isn't insured properly, the rider too weight ratio is too high, but the insurance companies don't need too know that

My brother (joedaman633) did his full test (whatever it used to be called) before January 2013, so he could do it on a CG125! He's also limited for 2 years to 33bhp, at which point he can then ride anything he likes!

You from the uk miniman because it's changed again now you can ride the full power gs500 at 47 bhp on the A2, Have no idea what bike too get when i get my full A license always want a supermoto because of the beauty of the ride, want a crotch rocket like a repsol fireblade 600 though :P

Yes, we're from the UK.

As it stands:

Aged 17 - Up to a 125cc (15bhp I think)
Aged 19 - Take another test on a bike up to 46.6bhp (or special dispensation such as GS500 or ER5), you can then ride a bike up to 46.6bhp
Aged 21 - If you have taken the test for up to 46.6bhp, and have held it for two years, you may take a test on a 600+ and be allowed to ride any motorcycle.
Aged 25 - Direct Access, no experience required.

Please note, under the new licencing system, no licence upgrades, the next exam must be taken. This is as of January 2013.

Oh right, 46.6 maybe im mistaken, but i know they let you ride the 47bhp gs500 so it mps dont bother them the extra 0.04 bhp lol, nice CR bro what's that a 125?, 250?

From the A2 test, it has to be below 46.4 but the bike may originally have up to double that power.
I.E. A restrictor kit may be used

I was going too buy an aprilia rs 125 before when i was first getting into bikes, i guess it was the look of the bike which drew me in as doe smost young kids with the sport look, and i was shocked too find the restricted versions almost £1000 more than the 33bhp aprilias lol, I was thinking of restricting a 600 but just going too wait it out instead
