That is teh easiest anim in Imageready...

Create every word u want to anim as diff layer, than once in image ready click on "eye" to hide all letter layers, u are on first frame,.
Ok now create new frame, click on eye of first word,than click tween, (i use before current frame and 5 frames for wata, 15 for g-man),ok,  than new frame, click eye again to hide word,tween. repeat this process for all words and there u have it.

i use Photoshop CS2 + Imageready CS2
(i dont use CS3 cuz its still kinda buggie)
