/call 911 call, not text message

Hello everyone, I just woke up and got this idea.
I was thinking that /call 911 command shouldn't be used as a text message-instead, should be used as a call, which 911 could /answer.
That would really, really help.

Also, it would be awesome if EMS or LCPD Staff, that answered the call and is talking to person that called, would be able to do something like /tracker so he can see location of that call.

Automatic generated message upon answer would be awesome, like:
"911 Emergency, how can we help you?"
And then that person says what is the problem, and what service is required ( FD, EMS, LCPD ).
That would be it I think.. Hm..

/Supported , when you call 911 and officer needs to call you through personal phone, also with a denying option, its being unrealistic
