First, you can DM without shoot. Second, lagshooting isn't a problem, it's just another way to shoot aim.

Any release date announced?

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Well, you are right, Stunt can't be played :(

Argonath tends not to update the client on RC as many things could go wrong/be filled with bugs. RC stands for release candidate which means it is open for modifications and changes, which would also mean having to update all of argonath scripts every time a new RC is released.

There are few of important bugs as of now with the .3z
