The problem is not related to a specific division, but instead it's appearing to be of an IP range. PTA, which is a government organization, has banned an IP range which woefully consist of Argonath IPs.

 I was playing Argonath Stunt and It got disconnected, My connection was working fine and then I checked Server status and It was online, did we again get blocked?

Yes, same with me. I can not connect to SAMP servers. I am not sure If we again got routeblocked but lets see, wait few mins and try again.
