You can't actually sell phones with Flappy bird installed... it violates Ebays policy. Their policy states any phone or storage device (flash media) must be reset to factory default. Ebay has already been pulling these listings from their site. If you use an iPhone you just need to jailbreak it; with Android you just need the APK file and have developer features enabled to use the APK.

I had Flappy Bird installed on my Android phone and the phone suddenly returned to the factory settings last night. All apps including Flappy Bird are now gone.

People will still find a way to sell them if that does happen, such as on Gumtree where there aren't many restrictions.

Just log in at Google Play using Google account you used when you firstly installed application, go to your previous and currently owned application, find Flappy bird and download it again. :-D
