If it's not the optical drive spinning with a disk inside of it and not the fan spinning at a high speed to cool the laptop then the last option would be the HDD making that noise.

The fans/cooling for the laptop could be blocked up with dirt causing it to strain when trying to cool the laptop.

Its not the place of the harddrive as I just touched where exactly it is, the noise stopped and the fan worked normally after it. Will check if there is also maybe a cable blocking  it or something.

When i heard the noise, i thought that it was that, as when i got my new psu the fan was chewing my cooler wire, so yeah, it made the same noise.
