Good evening, today I made a small update with the intention of supporting our great IV-MP server clans.
What is new:
    The long time asked for CB channel ownership for families.
    Ability to allow your clan mates to drive your locked vehicles.
How does it work:
    Tune in your radio on your clan frequency and use /carlock2 to activate CB lock mode. After that anyone who is listening to the same frequency     will be able to use your vehicles.
How can I own a channel?
    We will give it to your clan once its clear that you guys truly deserve some server script support, meanwhile feel free to test by using  /joinchannel 1337 thisisit.


Other changes:
    The "main GS" is now owned by the LC city.
    PD and FD vehicles can only fill up at their own stations, and its free.
    Bug fixes and grammar corrections.

mom(andreia,lucianinho).
son(lucianinho). mom_of_the_son(X,Y) :- mom(X,Y), son(Y).

Great job Armelin! I have a question about driving the cars owned by players in the same cb with you. Is that only for clans or any CB can do that? I mean if i am on a CB with a friend but not in a clan.
EDIT: I used /carlock2 on the frequency i am using and it says "This frequency is not supported". What should that mean?

Great job keep it up, is there a place where we can apply for cb support or will we be granted it in x period of time if proven worthy?
