You can install one only or mix two but it doesn't matter because the files get replaced. For example: I mix GTASA 4Ever and 2014 Texture Pack with another roads mod(no i no share those) and Cursed Memories Vegetation mod(emmet posted it on the mod corner)

It's the same thing I do. In fact there are some textures that are made for specific buildings that I didn't posted here because there's plenty of them.

I use SRT3(2014 Mipmap Edition)+IV Roads+a vegetation mod Emmet gave to someone on the mod corner.

Just a little reminder.

The more mods (even texture, in many cases) you put into a game, the higher the chances of something going wrong when it runs. As that affects your gameplay negatively, you'd want to be careful when installing. (and for those who don't entirely know what they're doing, it's best you stay away from mods)
