I was about to mention something regarding the topic, though I see you have removed it. As I was the topic designer for the previous, it grabbed my attention.
Just a friendly tip for next time, make sure you have the appropriate permission to use things like this.

The new design is really nice, the old one was a bit copied but doesn't matter now.

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.
