AFAIK, the reason why the AT-400 was placed on a faraway island was to reduce the chances of it being used for rulebreaks and by wannabe-Binladens.

Though personally, I liked NAP. It would be nice to see it back, or (even better) a new map just as far out to sea, so that players have something to "explore" aside from the usual main map.

Vortex will need to be discussed as with the AT-400, the main reason why is the way the vehicles behaves on exploding.

You know what I have wanted to have for a very long time, even  in RS4? I want a Barrack(Military truck) to be able for purchase at a vehicle dealer! Please, take it into consideration Managers! I would worship whoever adds the vehicle in game for infinities!
